Wrestling with what Scripture says about our future role of "Rulers in the Kingdom" (and why it changes everything about how I develop my character and manage my home now).
Thanks! Did this show up as a podcast on Substack for you or an article or both? I'm trying to figure out the best way to attach the audio to these posts.
Does the play button on the featured graphic make you less likely to read it because, if you're on Substack, you're in the mood for reading, not watching or listening to something? Like, it's actually a blog post, but with the audio attached as a podcast, the post is presented as media instead of a post around Substack. Thoughts on that?
I didn’t even notice the play button but still doesn’t make me less likely to click. I saw it as a newsletter and then it was a surprise of like “oh there’s also a podcast. The podcast must be a long version of this. I’ll plan to listen to that later.” Because I went in the expectation of just reading the newsletter.
I’m more likely to listen to the podcast because it was received as a newsletter with podcast as an added extra. I’m more likely to click on newsletters from my email. I don’t use Substacks explore features posts etc. However, I can see I’ll likely use more.
This is great, Tim. Plan to listen to full podcast.

Ahh ok, cool. That helps. Maybe I’ll leave it as a podcast then instead of adding the audio as a “listen to the article” kind of thing. Thanks!
